Executive function, emotional regulation, and mental health support — all in one place.
You've tried to push through, made the lists, set the alarms, promised this week will be different. But it's the missed deadlines and the anxiety after, the big ideas and the paralysis before starting. The emotions that hit harder and faster than everyone else's. And when you finally get on a roll, one missed day can feel like starting from zero all over again. We get it.
Whether you're a high schooler trying to keep up, a college student drowning in deadlines, an adult juggling careers and relationships, or a parent watching your child struggle and not knowing how to help… we see you. It doesn't have to stay this hard. Let's figure this out.

We dig into how your brain works so we're not guessing.
Most clients begin weekly and naturally fade to biweekly or less as progress is made.
Lasting change, not just coping skills. The goal is independence, not dependency.
Our work blends practical systems with a deeper understanding of behavior, emotions, and patterns, so the change you create actually sticks and is more than what you'd find in a book.
Our team are Board Certified Behavior Analysts with the training to understand how behavior works, both the inner workings and the outside.
External systems matter, but with so much out there, the hard part isn't finding a strategy. It's finding what actually works for you. That's why we look at the inside too, because one without the other rarely sticks.
Each session you will leave with things you are working on, because change does not come from talking about it alone.
Our coaches have personal experience with ADHD. Growing up seeing the impacts and late adult diagnosis, we get it, and it's the reason we do this work.
We take a whole-human approach to ADHD coaching.
You can have all the right tools, strategies, and knowledge—and still feel stuck. There's a reason for that.
Lasting change doesn't come from strategies alone. It comes from building both skills and flexibility.
Support structure, routines, and follow-through so tasks feel clearer and more manageable in daily life.
Build awareness of thoughts and emotions while developing cognitive flexibility—so you can respond differently, not just try harder.
From growing up with family members with ADHD, to working in schools and then with adults, Nicole saw the lifespan of ADHD and how approaches along the way were not built for the exact people they were supporting. She learned how feeling misunderstood as a child shapes how we see ourselves decades later. Her own diagnosis in her late 20s pushed her to use everything she knew about Behavior Science and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy on herself. What she found was a combination of science that actually works.
Momentum exists because the ADHD community deserves services designed for them, by professionals who understand them personally. The goal is support that actually works—that teaches you how to interact with your thoughts, regulate your nervous system, and build something that lasts.
Let's build systems that work for your brain and your everyday life.
