About Us

Why We Do This

Too many people grow up believing they're lazy, unmotivated, or not trying hard enough. When in reality, their brain just works differently.

Too many parents want to help their child—but feel stuck, frustrated, and disconnected.

We believe support should reduce shame, not reinforce it.

We meet you where you are, so change can actually begin.

What Makes Our Approach Different

We don't believe ADHD support is just about giving strategies. Our approach is collaborative, so you can build strategies that actually work for your brain.

We combine internal and external strategies to create change that is both effective and sustainable.

Internal Strategies

Focus on managing things like thoughts, emotions, and overwhelm.

External Strategies

Focus on building systems, routines, and structure in daily life.

Our Providers

Nicole Skotz, BCBA

I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in ADHD and executive functioning.

I started Momentum ADHD Coaching because I saw how often people were given strategies that didn't actually work for them—and then blamed themselves when they couldn't follow through.

My approach focuses on helping you understand how your brain works while building practical systems that support real, lasting change.

I work with teens, adults, and families to reduce overwhelm, build skills that last, and create momentum in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.

My work blends practical systems with a deeper understanding of behavior, emotions, and patterns so you can create change that feels sustainable and authentic.

Our Approach is Evidence-Based

Our work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including behavior analysis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Frame Theory (RFT), and motivational interviewing.

We integrate these approaches to support both behavior change and psychological flexibility, helping clients move forward even when things feel hard.
